Do you sell or include in your kits a 5.5 ohm resistor or close, low amp, that i need for my project to work with 12v led light ?

The kit I bought contains 5.1 and 5.6 ohm resistors. There's a good chance the 5.6 ohm resistor would work for you. And, yes, these are low current resistors.
