Such a great purchase! The blade is sharp and feels premium. It's heavy and well-made. The packaging could be better though, as it is very sharp on the edges and if not opened carefully, it can lead to cuts. Otherwise, it cuts well though veggies, fruits and meat. (Might struggle a little with slippery skins of fruits)

Pros Really sharp Balaced, light weight, thin tang which make is easy to slice through. The steel quality is amazing. Even after several drop from kitchen, the cutting edges remain intact. Handle and tang are one piece Cons I can't think of any. You might find it expensive compared to other but the moment you grab it, you will know the importance of a balance knief. If you have enough practice of sharpening a knief on stone you can make it razer sharp.

This is clearly my favorite knife... Like the looks of it, and hence bought it... Made of one single metal piece... the grip is solid and non-slip and very well balanced Very comfortable to use There are several knives in the knife-stand, but my son always reaches out for this very knife, amongst all others.

Design is good with a good grip and balance. Initially it was very sharp and did a great job , but it has become blunt in just 2 -3 weeks, even with regular kitchen work- simple vegetable cutting, no heavy cutting. Need to check if it can be sharpened

Not that Sharp but quality seems okay!

引っ越しの際に処分してしまったので再度購入。 切れ味や持った感じもよくて愛用しています。

少し小さいサイズにしましたが、十分日常生活に間に合います。
