Q: Are these niosh n95 approved? do they have the approval (tc) number on filtering facepiece respirator or headband?

These are not approved as N95. They are manufactured overseas where the US N95 carries different designation.

Q: "this kn95 mask is not an n95 mask." then why are you calling it an n95 mask on the mask and packaging?

There are no holes, Just some designated thinner areas meant to ease breathing...but still layered. Bottom line is the KN95s are significantly better than cloth masks and every bit is easy to breathe in.
