So this is darker syrup (formerly Grade B). What’s the shelf life in 1/2 gal?

Yes this is the old Grade B. Left unopened it will last for years. Once opened it needs to be refrigerated.

When was this processed?

2017 syrup. We are making 2018 syrup now. Thanks!

I need dark grade b syrup. is this or isn't this grade b? what does this "formerly grade b" mean??

The USDA changed the grading standards on pure maple syrup. Now all pure maple syrup is graded as Grade A. The new grade for Grade B syrup is Grade A dark robust.

It doesn't have any info on jug for that
