I have had a home gym for many years, and it took me a long time to utilize all of the equipment that was included with it. However now as an intermediate lifter, I needed more. My gym did not have any parts for working out the back. And the exercise that I wanted to do was rows. My home gym comes with a bottom pulley which is used for leg extensions and also bicep curls. And I thought to myself, what if I could get an attachment that connects to that pulley so I can sit down and do rows with it? That's exactly what I did I went on Amazon and searched for row attachment for home gym and once I did that, this amazing piece of kit from this company came up and the price was amazing and the quality seemed fantastic. I ordered it and the package came to my doorstep the next day and safe to say this is an incredible attachment for the price. Simply connect it to any pulley in your home gym and it could be used for a variety of things. You could do close-grip pull-downs. You could do rows. You could do kettlebell squats. You could do an endless amount of exercises with this one piece of attachment. Overall, the quality was great, very strong, and durable with a portable and functionable design. It had a knurled grip which made it easy to hold onto it and not slip during exercise if you're sweating. Overall, I would highly recommend this attachment for everyone and I would highly recommend you purchase it if you're looking for accessories to add to your home gym.

A solid piece of equipment and a great deal. I use this and other handles multiple times a week. The design is pretty standard, but I love the rubber grip and the knurling is not bad at all. The swivel loop is solid and rotate smoothly and is easy to use with any cable machine or functional trainer you own. It doesn’t really creek like some do when it swivels so I would say the noise level is pretty good as well.There’s not much to say about how effective it is as it is great for what it’s for, I even use it for close grip, pull downs or rows. I would say that it’s very well built and heavy so if you plan on taking it in your gym bag to use a public gym just account for that weight.

This rowing attachment is excellent, and a must-have for your cable machine.This particular unit is high quality steel, with strong welds, excellent fit & finish. This will easily hold more weight than you can row with no safety concerns at all. The handles are the perfect diameter for using bare or with grips, and the knurling is very comfortable on the hands while providing plenty of grip on heavy pulls. The black finish is surprisingly nice and seems like it will last a long time. The included carabiner is nice bonus and is also good quality, strong steel.For the price, this has to be one of the best options available for this style attachment. No reason to spend a ton of money on such a simple attachment.

My favorite D handles. These things are great definitely not cheaply made. Quality and so many uses with them just tons of different exercises on my cable machine.

This is a heavy and solid stainless steel D Row handle but no cable attachment hook or carabiner is included. Works as it should to do numerous shoulder and arm excercises just attach to a cable or other weight stack attachment point using a hook. Make sure the hook has a weight rating of 500+ lbs (most people will not go beyond 300 lbs) although the handle is rated for 880 lbs. Took 1 star off for not including the hook or carabiner. Works well for intended use! Great purchase

Seems to be of good build quality, sturdy, and the knurling is about what you’d expect. I’ve only put maybe 270 lb on the low row machine while using this, and it functions just fine. Have had it for almost a month or so now and no issues. For the price, I would say that it’s worth adding it to your home gym setup.

It’s part of my gym bag staple equipment. It’s easy to use. Durable and heavy enough showcasing its quality. It’s not too heavy to carry in your gym bag. Great for upper body days. It was definitely a good buy.
