I’m a person who trains regularly and has a high physical job and busy life. I got this to help me maintain the macros while on the go. The unflavoured version. I add it to a smoothie. Is foamy. Makes no difference to the smoothie taste. I don’t care how the food tastes like as long as I get the macro and micronutrients. I used many brands along the years. This one particularly (the unflavoured version) keeps me full and satiated for long hours (hence I decided to write this review), longer than other brands, so I guess it makes it perfect for those looking to shred some fat by not overeating. No gas, no bloating (but gut buds are different for everyone so it might be as well for you), and my gut buds are true warriors when they get stuff they don’t like. So, if you wanna lose weight, give this one a go, add it to a basic simple smoothie (spinach, apple and banana and lil bit of healthy fats - nuts/seeds/avocado) and you will feel full, satisfied and no cravings for some good hours. Great to replace a meal at lower calorie cost, but remember this is a supplement so don’t rely on it as the only protein source in your diet. Thanks!

This isn't a shill review, I bought the vanilla powder and it actually tastes great and works really well, I only have it once a day 30mins after working out and it's gave me significant gains as I started with basically nothing muscle wise.

The product overall is fantastic, I can’t fault it. But i noticed if you order 150 servings (4.5kg Vanilla) you don’t get 150 servings, it’s actually 130 as stated on the back of the product. Which is very misleading since you’re missing over 20 servings, I spoke to Amazon about this a couple of weeks ago and assured me this will be updated. To this day it’s still the same title at 150 servings which is disappointing.

Even with a proper protein shake mixer (that I have used successfully numerous times with my usual protein shake), the powder stays in clumps that stick to the sides of the shaker and refuse to break up.I usually have creamy banana flavour, so went for vanilla for a change and this doesn't taste like vanilla. It smells like feet and has a weird taste, nothing I would associate with vanilla.I can choke the shake down for the protein, but I wouldn't buy it again. It's also one gram less protein per shake, compared to the other brand and fifteen calories more.

Have bought this many times, it mixes well and tastes great! Why would i buy anything else....keep up the good work. 👍

Please note the size of this product given on Amazon is the wrong size. It is actually 25cms high and 19cms wide at the base. It did not fit in our cupboard as planned :( A great supplement drink however.
