I work from home so I need a reliable headset with a microphone that is comfortable and has crystal clear sound. I've tried multiple headsets over the last few months. All of them were awful -- uncomfortable, complicated to operate, static-y, and some I could never get to work at all. Then I tried the Sennheiser. It is, by far, the best headset I've ever used in 25+ years. It's so comfortable I sometimes forget I'm even wearing it. The sound quality is excellent. I have yet to have someone say "I can't hear you" or " We lost you again" or "What was that? You're cutting out." It's durable. I'm not always easy on equipment. When I said it's so comfortable that I sometimes forget I'm wearing it? Yeah, so that means I often try to walk away from my computer with it on and it's literally pulled off my head and dropped to the floor. But you would never know it. It still looks like I just pulled it out of the box. I also love that it's plug and play. You take it out of the box, plug it in, and you're talking on it seconds later. I need that kind of simplicity in my life. I've always heard good things about Sennheiser headsets and now I can say from personal experience that they are the best -- and worth every penny. The only downside to this particular model is that it is corded. In a perfect world, I would rather have a wireless one. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say. It is absolutely worth the hundred bucks.

I use Dragon dictation software and replaced a less expensive pair with these after they were damaged. Having just spent several days dictating, I am tremendously disappointed in these. Very poor speech recognition compared to the previous headset. Infuriating.

Very Good build quality, great noise cancellation but lacks mute button. That's the only disadvantage. Also, very nice to deal with Headsets.com as you can see they care about each order and client. Will look for alternatives with mute button and if don't find anything comparable probably will still go with this model for my office.

This is definitely the most comfortable headset I've ever worn, but there's just something about headsets that no matter how comfortable they may seem to be, it's a matter of time until my ears are killing me. Aside from that, it works great with Dragon.

Good headset; the only problem that they are a little tight on the ears.

Great product & excellent customer service. We have enjoyed ordering from Sennheiser and having their warranty for our headsets. The headsets help provide our team with the need to take multiple calls throughout the day with ease.

Works as advertised. Surprisingly light weight makes if comfortable to wear over extended period. My wife says its as good as the more expensive ones at her medical office.
