these are my favorite!!! it’s the perfect amount of sheer and the compression shorts aren’t too tight or long! i’m repurchasing a year later because i’ve got some holes in mine now. i wore the hell out of these, like seriously, i’d wear them at least once a week (sometimes more especially in the fall and winter) AND they lasted me a whole year. i got a very small hole a few months in but it wasn’t noticeable especially with my tattoos. i don’t expect sheer tights to not rip since they’re so so thin, but id be extra careful with them when i put them on and id take them off right at the door before my dog could jump on me. i never really make reviews but i depend on people who do so i thought id add my experience! would definitely recommend. hanes pls don’t change the material or composition 😭

Okay, so I’m 5’7” and I got the Small size. They definitely fit, however I was kinda afraid of ripping my tights while pulling up since I felt I should’ve ordered a Medium size due to my height. However, the tights were great! They didn’t break at all. I read some comments and I was worried about the quality and that I’d just use them one time but trust me, I wore these tights for like 3 hours one day, then 5 hrs the next day, and my tights are still on great condition. I wish I had a picture with the tights on me. Anyway, the color was like a very natural look, slightly darker than my skin color but that’s what I wanted. Highly recommended. I got the Barely There color. Next time I’m definitely ordering a Medium size to be more comfortable:)

I am very disappointed. I bought these at the end of January, but finally took them out of the package for the first time today and am wearing them. From the very first moment I put them on, I noticed the snags and runs. Unfortunately, my return window for Amazon is closed now.I am halfway through my workday (12 pm) and there is literally no way that I could have done this to the product. I literally put them on carefully this morning, drove to work, and have sat in a chair all morning. I just got a dip manicure yesterday, so my nails are fingernails are perfectly smooth and could not have snagged them. There is nothing they could have snagged on for my skirt and coat hang above the knee; this is the way they came :(It is a shame because they are the perfect amount of sheer and very comfortable, are true to size and have a silky feel. I am just very disappointed in the flaws. I would not recommend purchasing to anyone.

I needed black stockings (or pantyhose) to wear to an evening, black-tie wedding. These Hanes stockings were perfect. Very sheer and silky - they look a lot more expensive than they are. They fit perfectly. I'm 5' 3 " and weigh 130. I followed the size chart and got size C. Fit comfortably, no sagging, not too tight.Good stockings!

Needed stocking for a last minute event, tried these. I used to size chart but still had to pull really tight to get them high enough which resulted in them tearing after just one use. Got the job done that day but they should have lasted longer.

Problem: wedding to attend, recent leg injury with massive bruising to cover while having to wear a knee length dress.Solution: Town Taupe shade of Hanes Silk Reflections Panty Hose to discreetly disguise the bruises without resorting to tights or hose that would be too dark for the dress color. Also Non Control Top to prevent half hour contortion sessions when visiting ladies room.Caveat: Though lovely and sheer, comfortable and chic, I got just the one usage out of them because they launched into a massive run down the back of the left panty and upper leg as the reception drew to a close and I sat down (on a padded chair) after dancing. Unexpected, as nothing snagged on them up that high as to cause the run. It's as though they got overheated from the dancing and just gave up.They fit nicely from the toes, over the ankles, and especially over the knees where some panty hose start to bind. I have wide thighs and was worried (at 5'4") that the E/F size would fail me through this area and the crotch wouldn't snug all the way up. But it did fit, and continued up to completely cover the tummy, then stayed in place with no rolling down.While I'm slightly disgruntled that, for the cost, these hose turned into a one night stand, they did serve the purpose and did the job well and stylishly. In the future, I'd invest in another pair and probably go with the same shade. I hope to get more use from the next pair.
