Absolutely hate this steamer! Constantly beeping! Impossible to work with !

UPDATE: after only a handful of uses the steamer fell apart. I had taken extremely good care of it but despite this the arm of the steamer practically disintegrated at the join. After contacting the seller I was originally told a replacement would be sent but they then changed their minds and instead sent a partial refund, which as I actually wanted a steamer that worked was not an ideal outcome. I would save your money and avoid this product.Steamer works well. Previous reviews mention that it only stays on for 10 mins or so before beeping and cutting out. This is a safety feature. You shouldn’t be steaming your face for longer that long anyway. Approx 3-5 minutes is enough.Downside is I find the compartment difficult to remove unless completely empty.

Bought this for my salon, tried it yesterday and I’m glad I did, doesn’t work the steam comes out of the water compartment and not the arm. On route back to returns, would not recommend
