Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have IBS and cannot easily digest any wheat sprayed with RoundUp to dry it, and anything bleached or bromated. This wheat seemed nutritious and healthy compared to most US wheats stripped of their germ and bran and infused with glyphosate. This wheat is amazing for making homemade breads, rolls, pancakes, pizza dough/crust, sourdough starter, etc. I've suffered for close to 35 years with horrible diverticulosis and IBS, and any regular breads, rolls or pizza crusts at the grocery store just aggravate my symptoms and make me miserable for days afterwards. I've only used this for just over a week but have made all kinds of stuff with it including raw cookie dough balls, breads, and pizza crusts. This heritage whole flour is outstanding for ALL of these things, and has not caused any symptoms at all. I'm so in love with this! Try it even if you don't believe the 'hype' about how awful regular wheats and breads are for you. Joe Rogan would love this flour and I might suggest he try it if he doesn't already know about it. :) Have a joyful day!

Was looking for quality flour. My first use was baking pumpkin bread. Results were good. Bread had a nice rise, not too dense, and I was able to digest easily with out the bloating. Excited to have found this flour. Going to try their bread flour next.

A great find! I am gluten intolerant but can tolerate this flour without any problem. It is a wonderful flavorful heritage, non-gmo, kosher, glycosate free wheat that makes great challah and dessert breads. I am so grateful to Sunrise Mills for their products 😍 It is worth every penny for me!

This flour is the absolute BEST!! I have been gluten free for about 15 years due to a gluten allergy. Another gluten sensitive friend recommended this flour to me and I am so glad that she did!! I can eat anything that is made with it and not get sick at all. It is so easy to work with too! I have learned I can make delicious flaky pie crusts, homemade pasta, all kinds of breads and pastries and they all turn out beautifully. I highly recommend it!!!

Excellent flour! And versatile. I make my own sourdough bread and I have been using this white flour mixed with the whole wheat flour of the same brand. Very good quality!
