LRRH Anime Death Note Cosplay Notebook Feather Pen

I was not at all disappointed with this product. It is very well made for the price.Let's start with the pen. When I opened the package, the tip of the feather pen was damaged, but it was a very easy fix; just by simply cutting off the damaged part with a pair of scissors. It still looks nice. The pen I received also works very well, which took me by surprise. However I would recommend against using it constantly to write in the book, seeing as though it probably doesn't have a lot of ink, and it would be a bad idea to carry around in a bag because it is relatively fragile. 4/5 stars for the pen.The book itself is exactly as depicted. The paper is very nice and it has everything in it that was in the original story. I only roughly skimmed over the rules and did find some odd spelling mishaps but other than that it's very nice. Has that nice new book smell that you would get at a bookstore as well, not to mention there are a lot of blank pages to write on if you so choose. 4.5/5 stars for the book.

The book had bad translations that are barely understandable. It said "How to use if" instead of "How to use it" along with every rule being messed up. Also the cover is just a slip on cover, two cardboard pages slide into it to keep it in place and the cover was messed up. Waste of $8. Seller is Animation Gadget.

I would have given this a 5/5 stars because I love it and I think my sister will love it too (I bought two, one for her and one for me), but I'm docking off a star because I can understand why some people and fans may have a problem with it. To use this journal as a cosplay item, displayable collectable item, or for jotting down some notes, this Death Note journal is cute, accurate looking, and perfect for Death Note fans, hence it works for what my sister and I will probably enjoy using it for. However, I cannot ignore the big flaws that as a reviewer, I believe other customers and Death Note fans will want to know before purchasing and what could give the journal a lower review.1.) The sleeve the journal comes in is basically just thin cardboard.2.) The cover of the journal is a foax leather book sleeve covering two thin cardboard pages (front and back)3.) Half the book is black pages full of rules, leaving only about fifty or so small pages for journalism, a diary, and/or test and class notes, so not recommended for writers; more like jotting notes.4.) The translated English rules of the Death Note make no sense at all! It looks like a Japanese speaker used Google Translate several times until they found the English language5.) While the feather that it comes with looks nice, it doesn't function well as a pen.While the journal is far from perfect, and I understand the complaints, I would like to explain the good things that make me like it, make it giftable for the right people, and make it useful.1.) The exterior of the journal authentically looks like Light Yagami's Death Note2.) The black rule pages do still give off all the aesthetic appearances of the Death Note rule pages from the anime and manga series3.) To give off more authenticity, names that were written in the Death Note from the series are written throughout the journal4.) While there aren't a whole lot, the journal does have quite a few pages for writing in5.) It comes with a feather pen, that while it doesn't function much, it does look nice6.) It functions well for cosplay, display, or jotting down notes, based on the above information.I payed a fairly cheap cost, so I think the price was reasonable, the shipping was super fast, it'll be giftable for my sister, and I'm already enjoying it, so overall, I love it.

Well this is an interesting product. At first glance the notebook looks good - flimsy but decent. Until you take the book sleeve off of the cover then you find out it is a Frankenstein book. It’s a bunch of printed pieces of paper sewn and glued together then smooshed between some random cardstock feeling “cover”. Our cover was graced by the faces of Elsa and Anna from Frozen. I can’t return this product because despite the MAJOR issues my kid loves it BUT I wouldn’t suggest anyone buy this book. It’s not worth the $10 we spent. The quality of this and the Frankenstein pieces are definitely dollar store standards.TL;DR don’t buy this crummy book.

It was ok... But not worth the price. There were way too many black instruction pages. Half of the pages were the black pages, which made it look wrong. The instructions were also written in bad english, but no one will notice that unless they really try to read them. There's about 50 pages with nothing written on them. There's 14 pages with names on them, but you can use most of them because the names only take up the top. It also came with a feather pen. This death note wasn't bad, but it could improve. I would buy this again if it were cheaper, but $9 is a little too much for this. It's not a bad product and it does look like a death note from the outside, but the inside could have been better.

This is way better then my last Death Note, at least the feather was. I the cover was not bent but the "Death Note" on the front is coming off. Also going through it I found pages with black stuff. I'll let that slide because they are minor issues because other then that its good. The feather is great and I love the thing its in.

This notebook is great! It even came with a 'pen' that looks like a quill. The notebook is a very good replica, and the outside looks and feels like leather (or whatever material it's made out of lol). The first *about half* is a replica of the pages from the Note in the anime, included with all the rules of the Note. There's a few grammar mistakes, but even those were in the show, so I'm not gonna give them any crap for that. This is great for keeping notes or maybe just writing stuff down, but if you plan to use this on a daily basis, you'll probably need many of these, as there's not as enough space as a regular notebook like a college-rule notebook or something like that

Cool, the only downside is that the black cover is a sleeve and not an actual binding. It even has the names of people he killed.🙈🤐😱
