Never bought one before but needs must and I had to. Versatile product and the ability to remove handles means it is suitable for various mobility issues. Well packaged and product came in perfect condition. Easy to construct. Quality product and not as expensive as some of the other options - good value for money.

The materials used seem fit for purpose. The seat and back are a solid plastic-like material which is very sturdy. The legs and frame are of aluminium and attach to the seat and back with screws which have a knob on the end which avoids the need for tools. They are simply hand tightened which also means they can be removed quickly if storage is necessary. I would recommend they are periodically checked for tightness to be on the safe side. Large rubber feet give grip and avoid damaging to flooring etc. Whilst simple to erect the instructions are very basic and time was wasted working out what went were and which way round. Numbered parts to identify the correct part and larger photos showing more detail would be helpful. Having said that it only took about 10 mins to put it together.

Purchased so that my Mum could use our wet room when she visits, easy to assemble, she felt secure on it and really liked the cut out feature on the seat as her built in one at her home doesn’t have this, when her visit is over we can make the legs as short as possible and store it

My mum had only used this chair once so far but she said she could have sat in the shower all day!Instructions for putting together are close to uselessI just figured it out for myself.

Very useful for me as I have mobility problems-slight problem with 1 of the arms - ,kept lifting up when moving it but was easily sorted,comfortable enough to sit on tho'.
