Gets The Jobs Done
When I decided to become a Digital Creator, I started out at the very bottom. All I had was my phone. I knew I needed a laptop to really start putting out content. Funds were limited, so I purchased this Chromebook at a very, very reasonable price. It took a few days to arrive, and when it did it started up, anf worked great. It has definitely catapulted me miles ahead of whrre I would've been if I had just stuck with my phone. It has everything a Chromebook is supposed to, and more. I'm just not a very big fan of Google and their NON-EXISTENT customer service. It runs a little slow after three months if use, and sometimes I have to restart it if I accidentally give it too much to handle. I'm glad I bought it as my starter laptop for this project. It helps to get my job done, and now that I'm pulling in an income, I will be able to upgrade soon.

No OS Support
I bought this refurbished chromebook for a single purpose -- to use as an ebook reader. It is wonderful for that purpose, and perfectly adequate for checking emails and basic web surfing. The price was definitely right, and the item I got was, in fact, in excellent condition. The one word of warning is that Google no longer supports this model; it updated the system at the initial start-up, and then issued a notice that no further updates would be made and should buy a newer model if I wanted the latest updates.

Laptop is managed by a 3rd party
When I booted up this machine it says "Managed by fcps.org" but I don't see a way to undo that, or how to contact amazon for support on removing this laptop from the management.

No biggie! The product worked right out of the box and you cannot beat the price! No frills. No problems. A no-doubter!
