Ordered these after our local Audi dealership quoted $330 just to replace my A5 wipers — seriously?! (He said it took longer to get them out of the packaging than to install them — LOL.) They snapped in perfectly, worked like a charm, and he immediately told me to order a second set for his car. Here’s the kicker — even if these only last a year, I could replace them every single year for 16 years before I’d spend what the dealership wanted for one set. I’ll take those odds! The first point I want to make is that these are probably not OEM. I don't know what companies VW buys their wipers from (years ago it was Bosch and that is the brand I prefer). I have purchased non-OEM wipers before. They streaked after a few months and were very noisy, so I was reluctant to buy these. So far, I have been surprised. I put them on my 2016 Jetta, my everyday driver. They do fit flawlessly and are simple to change out. These wipers work surprisingly well. They clean without streaks and are quiet. I cannot attest to longevity, but all is good so far.

Last purchased these December 2022. For 3 years of use, these are WELL worth the money. I live in South-Western Ontario so I see all sorts of weather. With that being said, I lift the wipers when I park my car during the winter months, and I absolutely DO NOT try to use the wipers when there is ice on my windhsield when warmimg up my car. Always make sure to scrape your windshield fully before driving and don't let the rubber blade freeze to the windshield. I also cleaned the blade using a cleaning product once or twice over the years to get rid of built up grime/dirt. Simple things like this will keep your wipers working and will stop them from breaking.
