Cheap feeling, but works
It serves its purpose. I bought this for the animal shelter i work at, and yes it feels cheap, but it gets the job done.

So easy.
We have 9 dogs and a couple get chronic ear infections. This is very helpful to monitor their ears instead of waiting to actually see the infection. Dogs were unbothered by it.

Works well on an Irish Setter with chronic eye infections.

Very bad condition.
As a health professional I use lots of otoscope in my life. These otoscope are horrible. I tried to return those but seller are not responding. I hope seller can contact me and help me to take those as a return. I advise everyone not to buy this product..

Delivered in a cheap box that was crushed. Opened items were displaced.
I asked to exchange the item . The Seller never contacted me with answer. The ratings were decent, I could have purchased a cheaper one with the same reviews. My dog gets ear infections due to allergies quite a bit and this one seemed to be the better choice. So far it’s okay, not great. I hope it lasts. I would not recommend this Seller.
