My feet give me lots of pain, but these really help, I wear them in my tennis shoes, they really give me some good support, the are not to thick so the fit well.

It made my 2 inch pumps feel like running sneakers!!! The plastic does NOT make a sound at all I dunno what people are talking about with that. The thing is that they're very small though, so they don't add extra comfort for ball of foot. They make heels so cushiony though! I have flat feet and these provide great support too.

These add a little cushion when wearing tall heels. They lack the molded arch support of the previous gel version of the Dr. Scholl's high heel inserts.

Bulky, ugly, not discrete
These are the most awfully designed insoles I’ve ever purchased! It has a springy bulky midsole and it is ugly and can’t be hidden when wearing heels! Maybe for heeled pumps only? I don’t know I instantly regretted this buy. Did not serve its purpose!
