An introduction to The Ocelot and Margay and Other Rare Wild Cats Including Caracal, Clouded Leopard, Black Footed Cat, Fishing Cat and Iberian Lynx Paperback – June 2, 2015

My daughter is really enjoying this book

It gives a nice brief overview of each small cat species. However there is a typo every few pages, including paragraphs double printed that makes it difficult to read. More errors than any book I’ve ever read. The lack of attention to detail before publish makes me question the scientific validity of the information in the book as well

The Author cites that an oncilla had not been photographed until 2005. There have been tons of photos as well as information way before 2005. I personally know because I worked with them in Brazil before 2005.

When I got the book, it looked like the pages were photocopied. Then, if you look at the back of the book, you will see that every single source sited is from Wikipedia. Who writes a book that uses Wikipedia as a credible source? I could have googled that information for free on my own.
