Harman Kardon Infinity Reference X REF-9603ix 6"x9" 3-Way car Speakers

Bought these when wanting very good upgrades from stock in my Honda Accord, after reading so many good reviews. I am a classic/soft rock kinda guy.... like it strong and loud sometimes, but full nonetheless. I do like bass, but only really for quality drum beats, not so much to loosen my car body panels or rattle my license plate off. Exactly what I was looking for. Very impressed. Running off stock, premium sound head unit CD player was fine enough, but final touch was adding Blaupunkt 4-channel, 300W total RMS amp w/ previously installed/upgraded Polk front door speakers. OMG....phenominal sound and reproduction quality, especially when playing CD's. Don't have MP3 input, but that may be same as CD. Bass is much more than I expected with the added amp, don't know why others are saying it isn't much, but maybe they need a subwoofer instead. Aerosmith's, Sweet Emotion is delicious, Madonna's, Holiday beats to the MAX, and many other songs I play are actually over bassed, and must be monitored for possible ear damage. Seriously, I've had to get used to the change in fuller, not just louder volume, and I'm very cool with that. Fuller IS LOUDER :))) And louder is......well its much louder too. I did an outside-of-car test listen and did actually hear some buzzing from side mirrors, so it is plenty of bass with an amp. You will not get great bass response from any speaker without quality amplitude. And I saved good money buying from Amazon, so if you want a supreme quality upgrade from stock and can afford these, do not hesitate. Just do it.

These are awesome speakers. I replaced my factory rear 6x9's with these because the stock just doesn't have good sound. When I pulled my stock ones out and removed these infinities from the box I was amazed on the quality. Not only are they made very well but they have great sound. The three way speakers are perfect even if you're not wanting to use an amp but using an amp the sound output from these are stupendous. I'd recommend these to anyone that wants a great speaker. I put these in a 2015 Corolla and they require a speaker adapter kit and speaker wire adapters so keep in mind you may want to go ahead and pick those up/order them at the same time so you can install immediately

The Infinity Reference 9603ix speakers are well built with great sound quality and range for a 6 x 9 speaker, not to mention the great price and the speaker grills are included. They also incorporate a design that moves the surround out to the edge of the speaker frame allowing a greater surface area for the woofer. I would definitely recommend these speakers.

Very nice sounding speaker and loud! It has a very full and open sound at all volumes. It is very loud at half volume so I thought I would have to turn my amp down. Nope! It just gets louder and louder without distorting or sounding muddy. Well worth the price and I was even impressed a little.

Im prsetty pleased.with them but they have a buzzing tin noise on high treble but they havs great sound.

wasn't too impressed. but they gave me sound for the two years I kept the car.

The sound is far better than stock. I only upgraded the speakers and left stock wiring and stereo. No sound distortion at highest volume level. It is a party beast now. Installation was easy. I just wish they would label positive from negative to connect the wires. Perhaps a better installation manual would be necessary also.

They were over rated don't come close to my jl speaker
