Very good tracker, with a few minor glitches
Very easy to set up and use. Bonus free trial of sim card with Amazon purchase. Low subscription fees. Useful and relatively intuitive app. Extremely light weight and small device, perfect for cats, waterproof and easy to charge up. Good battery usage, if not over used via the app. A few tracking glitches at the start, and not always totally accurate, however when it is accurate it is SO useful to find your cat and bring him inside. Total peace of mind. Really clever device! I have two, will add 1-2 more for my other cats. Also used for a holiday cat who was let outside. Essential device for any concerned or conscientious pet owner.

Not a great product, but great customer service
**update on the below review** **I sent an email to the company directly and provided my review of the product. The customer service I was provided was brilliant, they took everything I said as constructive and were very understanding and helpful. It makes me sad as they are obviously a great company who have succeeded with their other products and it's a shame the tracker wasnt up to scratch. If they updated their product and the tracking was improved I would definitely reconsider and buy the product again. ** Original review- It gives me no pleasure to advise that I am extremely disappointed by the cat tracker I purchased from yourselves. I did thorough research into your product before purchasing and was very excited to start using it in action. Understandably there were mixed reviews but I didnt get the service I thought I was signing up for which is a real shame. To start, when the tracker arrived, the case that holds the tracker was very bulky and wide, not suitable for a cat collar due to all the extra space around it. It didn't sit comfortably on my cat (he is a 6kg, large cat so the size of the tracker was fine, just the gaps where you feed the collar through was not). Its a shame a purpose made collar wasnt provided as no normal cat collars would fit it. Probably better for a dog collar as they are much wider. When I first turned it on it worked fine, the moment he left the garden is where the cat tracker didn't work. I could see him in my neighbor's garden over the fence but the tracker was picking it up in a completely different location further away. One of my neighbor's has wifi, which meant within the huge radius near their house it would come up that he was there when he most certainly was not as they have a dog. I spoke to all my neighbor's and they confirmed they had not seen him but the tracker was jumping around their gardens. When stood at the exact point of where the tracker say he was he was no where to be seen. I understand you mention that the tracker doesn't pick up properly when the cat goes inside a house. I can only assume this is the same if they are next to a house, shed, fence, car, wifi or trees. Unsurprisingly the cat managed to lose the collar and when I went to look for it. It was no where to be seen in the huge radius it picked up. The tracker in the end ran out of battery and has not been seen again. Neighbor's have been notified to let me know if they find it, which in itself is complete agro that I had to knock on every house down that road again. I am really really disappointed in the product and I'm really disappointed that I paid £40 for a tracker which lasted a matter of days.

Accurate pet tracker that gives peace of mind (for a price)
I bought the Ubeequee cat tracker following a house move and wanted peace of mind when I finally allowed my cat outside. After a week of use I have to say I'm impressed. At it's best, the app can locate the tracker with near pinpoint accuracy (it advertises with between 10-20m). I let my cat out the other day and half an hour later checked the app to see where he was. The app showed he was at the back of my house and sure enough, when I looked out the back door, there he was waiting to be let in. I should point out that on the map this wasn't 10-20m from the back of my house, it was literally on the boundary of the back of the house which was incredibly accurate. This evening I let him out for the first time after sundown and again, after half an hour, I checked the app to see where he was. He'd made it up the road to one of the side streets and the app showed he was in the back garden of one of the houses. I watched the app for another half an hour but the tracker didn't move, and starting to get nervous I walked up the street and called for him. No sign, and the tracker wasn't moving, but after calling out for him for a couple of minutes I gave up and went back home. As I made it back to the front door I checked the app and the tracker was on the move again, getting closer to me. I stepped back onto the street and there he was, hurrying along down the path. The lesson to learn here is to trust both the tracker and your pet, but if he were to stray too far I have no doubt that as long as the tracker is on him I would be able to find him. I would recommend to anyone using the app that after the initial curiosity of where your animal goes wears off just leave them to it as you can stress yourself out staring at the app worrying that they've gone too far. It has enlightened me to just how far he was probably wandering off at the last house. Setup is easy. A full charge takes about an hour and the subscription to the mobile network for GPS tracking is £2.99 per month (paid upfront for two years). So overall, your cost for peace of mind is going to come in at somewhere around £110 for two years coverage. For me, that's worth the punt. The only downsides stopping this being a five star review is that the lanyard (read: collar) that was meant to be in the box wasn't included in my package. Not a big deal because the tracker slips on fine to his existing collar, but the inventory for the box says it should have been there and for me it wasn't. The other niggle I have is that after a charge the device can take a little while to lock down the location in the app and I can't work out why. For the first 20 minutes I get a green pin on the map in the app that gives an approximate location (usually within 50-100m), but once the tracker locks down it's location on the app it's pretty faultless with the trackers location showing as a red pin. Overall, a great product and worth the investment if you want peace of mind. I weighed up the cost versus how I'd feel if he did get lost and I couldn't find him and realised I couldn't justify not buying it. You also get a week subscription to the GPS for free to try out, which might be enough for some people if all you want to know is that your pet can find their way home. After a week you may not need the tracker, but it is reassuring to have. If you're on the fence about the big upfront cost I'd recommend outlaying for the tracker and trying out the week free. You'll know if it's for you by then. Great product!

High Hope's but reality didn't match up
Had read good reviews and had high hopes this would meet my needs. Initially seemed fine easy to set up and use. However had accuracy problems problems from the start with it registering my cat 10 miles away when he was sat beside me and another time he apparently walked down the dual carriageway in rush hour traffic. This was despite me having the tracker set as advised. Battery life was very poor with it suddenly discharges from 50% to 0 in a matter of minutes. Approached customer services who were initially helpful and tried to resolve issues remotely. This did not work and my cat went on to lose his tracker after less than two weeks of having it. When I needed it to work to locate it, guess what the battery discharges suddenly so tracker was lost. When I approached customer services to cancel subscription it took three attempts before anyone responded. What a waste of £35.
