I had a surgery that involved my nerves & I had seen that Lion’s mane is often recommended to help the healing process. There was significant regeneration of sensation as soon as I started taking these. Seemed to do what I needed it to! I’m not sure if I had much of the advertised mood effects, but it defintely worked for what I intended to use them for. They taste good & seem to be high quality/well made. I give these a 9.5/10 especially for it’s lack of gelatin.

After three days of taking these gummies, I woke up this morning with more energy than I’ve had in months. Taking these gummies is the only thing I’ve changed in my routine. I’m hoping this change will continue.

Taste isn’t bad

Since consistently taking these, I’ve had amazing sleep and great energy. Waking up in the mornings has always been tough for me, but now I wake up at 5:30 every day feeling refreshed. Mornings are no longer a struggle—so grateful I found these!

Can’t really tell any difference after using for 2 weeks. To me not worth the expense
