Le Creuset Toughened Nonstick PRO Fry Pan, 8"

I've used the most expensive and the cheapest non-stick skillets, and this one is excellent. I don't bang it around like a cast iron and I'm very deliberate with using only wood or silicone and no ripping heat on a dry skillet. You shouldn't do that stuff even on the non-sticks that claim you can; that coating eventually fails. It's perfectly non-stick after many months of frequent usage and is the perfect size for a 3-egg omelette. The construction is excellent and the heating is completely uniform. Easy to clean with just the soft side of a sponge.

I don't write many reviews, but I am in love with this pan. I've had so many cheap non-stick pans that eventually I end up tossing. The pan starts to stick or the durability isn't there and it starts to fall apart. You can tell this pan is quality made and the coating will last. It is the perfect size for a 2 egg omelette. I wasn't sure the 8" would be big enough, but I much prefer it to a 10". I am sure it will work great if I want to do 3 eggs too. It is about 3x the price I paid for previous pans, but I am sure it will be a better value in the end.

This pan is absolutely amazing. I have a larger one as well. Nothing sticks. Just rinse and dry.

I was looking for a small egg pan and this is it! Very well-made highly durable just a great product. I want the entire set.

I have a lot of LeCreuset enamal cookware, thought I'd splurge on their small non-stick fry pan. I love it.

My favorite line of cookware. I have several sizes in this non stick line. The small 8” is great for individual cooking - fries 2 eggs perfectly, or a grilled cheese, with easy clean up!

Perfect size non stick lasts forever

Tough is not a word I would use to describe this pan. More like junk after less than a year. Crazy how much money was spent for this supposably superior pan and how it did not hold up.
