Sturdy and well made and most importantly, it's 90 degrees. Definitely makes life easier when glueing and screwing mitre joints although, as mentioned in the title, in my opinion, it's overpriced. As a one off, most people could swallow the cost, but in reality you need at least a pair of these, if not 4 altogether, otherwise you could end up standing around waiting while the one joint dries sufficiently to release the clamp and use it on the next corner - you're then looking at £80 a set. I've given it 4 stars for a couple of reasons and they are 1) the clamp handle can be awkward to turn when the clamp is flat on the work surface and 2) because the jaws are so smooth, wood can slip or move slightly when screwing joints together. For me the two reasons go hand in hand. Aside from that though, it's a worthwhile product and will make things easier. If the seller sold them in pairs and reduced the cost accordingly it would be a far more worthy investment but as it stands at the current price point, I'll manage with just the one.

Really good product

I purchased 2 of these Right Angle Clamps and found these were well engineered very robust and very useful to do my woodworking projects. I have made 2 frames so far and found to be very accurate. The great advantage is you can use 2 different ficknesses of wood that can go up to 67mm. I will will purchase 2 more at a later date. One issue I have to comment on is the black screwed plate on the clamping end was assembled on the wrong side . Works better on the side as shown. But this was a small issue . Well done Amazon again.

Paintwork delivered chipped and scratched. The the clamping arm needs to be coherced into the correct seating position meaning I have serious doubts on whether this actually creates a 90deg angle during use. The material composition feels like plastic too. All-in-all, no where near thequality I was looking for at this price

Good product

Not so sturdy but does the job. Time will tell if it needed to be replace with an stainless steel one.
