Hardwire Installation If you plan to use a wall dimmer switch, you need to do the hardwire installation with dimmable transformer, instead of the included power supply which plugs into a wall outlet, due to the voltage difference between the wall dimmer switch (110V) and LED light panel (24V). If not used with wall dimmer switch, plug-in power supply (except wall mount power supply) can be used to do the hardwire installation, but if a dimmer switch is needed, a 24V dimmer switch is required. You would need to splice the power plug from the power cord and connect to the power source with a junction box or something similar. Wall dimmer switch (110V) is incompatible with plug-in power supply. Power Supply Start Up timeDepends on the wattage of power supply, the start-up time may differ. Please use matched wattage of power supplies for the best result.

Really nice set of lights for under or in cabinets
Really nice set of lights for under or in cabinets. Leads from lights are only a couple of feet long so be sure to get interconnect cables if they are going to be space out. Dimmer works very nicely too. I connected to a switched circuit and the lights come back on at the same level each time - no need to reset levels. LED lights are very cool so no need to worry about heat like some other lights. Color is dark brown and blends well with wood.

Love these lamps!
Lamps were ordered to replace my old Xenon puck lights which kept burning out. They did not fit into the flush mount holes, but I made a simple cross brace out of wood which allowed me to screw the single center screw into the wood and hold the lamp in the center of the hole. Easy fix. Brightness is superb; I had to use the included dimmer to turn down the brightness a little for use over the bathroom vanity. Brightness stays fixed even after turning off the lamps with the wall switch and then back on again. Love these lamps.

Great product
Excellent product, easy to set up. Would have appreciated a little more detail on possible approaches to mounting included in the description, but ultimately turned out easy. Dimming capability is nice.

Nice lights. I wish the wires from the dimmer both fed in from the same end for a neater installation. Not crazy about the red power indicator light either but some black tape fixed that.

Easy for even beginners to install.
Very nice product and easy to install. Very thin fixture and mounts handily. The lighting is very soft but very functional.
