used it for bedroom with matching bedspread

Bought these curtains along with two single bedspreads to finish off a guest room. The curtains have an oatmeal background, with burgundy and blue floral design (sunflowers, tulips, etc), and a gold vine connecting them all.Whilst it looks very lovely together the curtain fabric is much thinner than I'd expected. When drawn it lets in quite a bit of light, although I can retro-fit a thicker lining later if this is a problem. Plus the tie backs are stiff, a little like cardboard - you don't actually notice this once they're up, but the white plastic hooks would have looked better if they'd have been brass/metal instead.One issue I did have was the nasty pull like a pair of tights running across the back of one of the linings. Once ironed and hung no one else will notice, but it was very annoying to spot it (one side had already been hung so I didn't have the heart to take down and return the pair).Lastly, do note if you are buying to match the bedspread (which doesn't come with shams) the colours will differ slightly as the vine on the bedspread is a dark green, not gold like the curtains. Even though the patterns may not match exactly, the effect they have together is very pleasing.I've included images so you can see the finished result in situ (excuse the creases in the bedspreads - they're non-iron!) and also to show the colour difference in the patterns between the curtains and said bedspread.And... despite any gripes above I did like the finished result.

Not as luxurious in texture or appearance as in picture so a little disappointed, but it was what I paid for. Looks quite dull when hung.

Lovely curtains ,but could be thicker as they are thin.

Very good liked the pattern just the right colour and very good value for money.

Colours are exactly as in photos. Lovely material and well made.
