Q: does this come with a ridge line to hang the net or do you to make your own?

It does have a ridgeline. It's too short to be used to keep the net off the top of the hammock. It is just long enough to hook to the carabiners.

Q: Does this work for the double nest??

I find it does! Now, I have not had 2 humans in the double nest and utilized the bug net. It works and covers for me (5'2" 110lbs) and my golden retriever.

Q: Does anyone know if this is long enough for the Grand Trunk single and double hammocks (Grand Hammocks are about a foot longer than the ENO hammocks)?

No. I have a Grand Trunk Single, and when this bug net goes around at least 4-6 of the hammock sticks outside of the netting. Once you're inside of the hammock it allows two small gaps where the netting does not met the end of the hammock. I mean, it will still serve its purpose, but I wouldn't call it 100%.
