I was recommend by these from my sister who is a nurse I do feel a difference from taking them More energy stronger nails and more clarity I do not take 6 but I’m glad they are divided in taking 6 a day so then I can only take 3 and be fine which is what I do as I get vitamins from other sources Not sure why people complain about the smell You take it and then it’s done They are not that bad Good source and I feel I’ll get all the vitamins and minerals knowing they have a full scope of what is needed

So many people said this product smells but it does not! It has a very slight vitamin smell only, and I stuck my nose deep into the jar! Also, there was some questions about it being a legit product…it IS! The company Pattern LLC is a legit distributor for Thorne products, so says AI. I have some special dietary needs and AI recommended this particular brand for its high absorbency. I am taking two a day. The recommendation is THREE a day unless you are nutrition deficient and only then is it 6 a day. I eat pretty healthy so 2 a day is all I need to supplement my diet. Package arrived the next day and in great shape. I’ll update after I’ve been taking them for 30 days or so.

Solid ingredients! No fake junk.

Great vitamins! Gives me energy, and I noticed that I feel better after I take them, however when I took 6 caps I felt some dizziness so been taking 3 caps for a month now, going to up the dose soon, hopefully it doesn't make me have side effects.

AS A NURSE, I HAVE FOUND THAT THIS ITEM IS WHAT THEY SAY IT IS. THE QUALITY IS THE BEST I HAVE SEEN, I DO HAVE PROBLEMS TAKING 6 CAPS SINCE I DO NOT EAT 3X A DAY SO I AM NOT REALLY GETTING THE FULL EFFECT THAT I SHOULD BECAUSE I ONLY TAKE 3 CAPS PER DAY. THAT DOES NOT UPSET MY STOMACH. I FOUND THAT WHEN YOU ORDER, MAKE SURE THAT YOU SEE THE BUYER "PATTERN" WHICH MEANS THESE ARE THE REAL PRODUCT, NOT FAKE.

I was very eager to try this product since it contained all the supplements I was looking for. Unfortunately, upon opening the bottle, I was met with an extremely strong, unpleasant odor that closely resembled urine. The smell was so overpowering that I struggled to swallow the capsules without gagging. I even left the bottle open for a few days, hoping the odor would dissipate, but it did not. In fact, my daughter later commented that the kitchen smelled like dog urine, only to realize the odor was coming from the supplement bottle itself. She was shocked and asked if I really intended to take them. Initially, I wasn’t going to write a review—I had planned to simply return the product. However, after discovering that refunds were not available, I felt it was important to share my experience. For $58, I expected much better. Please be aware that the odor is extremely unpleasant before purchasing.

Great Product

When you look at the building blocks of this multivitamin, it is very comprehensive! It also uses the most bioavailable forms of minerals and vitamins. You have to take 6 capsules- but I don’t have to buy six or more types to achieve what is in one bottle.

Good quality supplements

Product smells rancid. Odour is so bad the entire cupboard I put them in smells awful. Absolutely revolting to try to take.
