I use this for my upstairs office. It just gets so much hotter upstairs in the summer so this is perfect for keeping my working space cooled down for those working hours.

I bought mine in 2022, broke down within first few months of used, they sent a replacement which was highly appreciated. But then it breaks down again now.

The BEST fan I have ever owned! It is pretty small, but it is effective! It fits in small places and the misting feature is great!

The media could not be loaded. I was sent this for a review by Amazon. The Evapolar is a compact little cube that basically feeds water past a fan through an air filter to deliver a cooling breeze. The temperature is non adjustable however the unit adapts to the ambient humidity to provide a cooling effect, perfect for an office desk or on a bedside table. The fan speed is adjustable and even on its highest setting isn't offensive on the ears. the settings are detailed as followsNight mode: the LED lighting on the water tank and the LCD display are turned off so you can sleep in the dark.Colour: The LED tank lighting has multiple colours you can pick from, only one is selectable at a time.Contrast: Adjust the brightness of the LED to suitTimer: you can set a timer of up to 180 minutes to auto shut the unit down after it has elapsed.Temp conversion: either Farenheit or Celsius is selectable.The LCD shows you the temperature of the air going in VS the temp it circulates out. according to the instructions the dryer the conditions the more effective the unit becomes. humid conditions will still give a cooling feeling but the temperature difference is slightly smaller.This is not a powerhouse that will blow your head off but what I have found is that it doesn't just recirculate hot air around like a conventional fan does in the summer. One other thing to note is that there is a small area of effect, you need to be close to the unit IE at a desk to get the full effect. The airflow is directable like a car blower is with a directable vent.I looked online to verify the awards issued to this product and yes the Guardian Newspaper did indeed recommend this product and the red dot award for design is true but not for this particular model, that went to the wifi enabled model up.The only things I will mention are that the filter needs to be dry to prevent it from becoming mouldy, the instructions tell you to run the unit for approx an hour after the water has been used up. The other big thing to mention is that replacement filters are costly however you dont need to use the air filter if you don't want to.

The mist feature is great. Also my kids love the small LED lights. Overall, a great product!

Cools best with ice but range is not large and only provides minimal cooling in extremely hot temperatures. Definitely not really going to cool a large space.

So brought this item before the heatwave.set it up and it cooled you if you put your face right up to the fan. So much for 3m coverage.Useless product and have sent it back
