Since using this product I’ve been getting more compliments on my hair and I’ve noticed my hair being shinier than usual

My hair is dry and a little bit naturally curly, this shampoo is moisturizing and make the hair smooth. Will purchase again and strongly recommend.

Haven’t started using this product yet. But when the shampoo was delivered, the pump which was supposed to be in locked mode, was unlocked. The shampoo was spilled all over the plastic packaging. What a waste of product and money.

I love this shampoo and conditioner set. It is gentle on my hair and leaves it feeling clean and silky and it doesn’t strip the natural oils. It smells amazing too which is a huge bonus!

My hair type is fairly thick, somewhere around 2c ‐ 3a in terms of texture. The Tsubaki premium repair mask worked really well for me, so I wanted to try their product recommendation — unfortunately, I've been using this for ~3wks and the shampoo is quite drying and leaves my hair rough.I checked the ingredients and it does have SLS (a sulfate), which is probably where the dryness comes from. SLS is a harsher detergent than I like to use on my hair, and I'm surprised the formula hasn't got something less stripping in it for the price point? I'm used to finding harsh sulfates in drugstore shampoo, but I thought Tsubaki would have a better ingredients list.It's got a nice scent and foams well, but I won't repurchase. I'll probably use this to shampoo when my hair has lots of build-up, not as an everyday option.
