Incredible customer service!!!
We purchased a laptop and when we received it encountered a factory hardware issue. The customer service we received was PHENOMENAL!!! They talked us through various troubleshooting techniques to try and identify a possible software issue and when we had tried everything and couldn't fix the issue they sent us a return slip, fixed the hardware issue and got it back to us within the work week. Would 100% use again and you should also! Very happy with this seller.

Great features and super fast!
I really love this computer. I’ve had it for almost a year now with no issues. It has all the features I need. The touchscreen performs exceptionally well, it has impressive speed and excellent battery life. I need two and will buy it again

Customer service very bad!
First of all, I want to say the computer works great. The customer service is non-existent. I did not receive the product code to download windows pro. It is only in cloud form. I try copying files via a USB drive, and it won't let me download an Excel file because it keeps asking me to sign up for Microsoft 365. I found 3 product codes on the computer, and none of them work. IF I do not hear back from the company, I will be sending it back and buying one from a different supplier. It has been a week, and sent 3 emails and the phone service states it is full.

I am using this computer for work. So far its doing well. We have it for about 2 weeks. So I will post an update.
