Good for repairs of TPE material!!!
I used it at 140 Celsius I believe, for repairs of TPE robot skin. It reflowed well thanks to the supplied high temp Teflon tape, once I figured out how to use it correctly. I was able to integrate new TPE bits with this iron!

Much sturdier and more professional than a "craft iron"
Nice heavy build, much nicer and sturdier than the "craft irons" I've tried. Comes with teflon tape, which is great for collage quilting - any glue i get on it wipes right off, and I can replace the tape whenever I like. The plete is slightly curved - as shown in the photos. it works nice for me for attaching small pieces. It gets VERY hot - much hotter than the craft irons, but it is adjustable in 10 degree C increments. The only thing I don't like is there is no on/off button. To turn it on you push the up button to get too your desired heat. To turn it off you push the down button the same way - repeatedly until it is off.To avoid having to push the button over and over I plug it into a surge protector and just flip that off and on, as needed. If you want a heavy tiny iron that will get into small places for small work, and don't mind a curved edge (I like it), you will be delighted, I think.

Works good. It’s hot.
This thing is about exactly what it appears. It gets hot not much more to say.

Does not maintain heat
Bought this for welding TPU fabric which should be around 200*C. Even on the lowest setting of 50*C it is over 300*C and melts everything instantly. Gradually gets hotter the longer it’s plugged in and reaches very hot temperatures. Unfortunately, didn’t test it out until after the return window closed. I will be looking to buy a different brand in the future.

Solid build and very hot
I have used it a few times now to heat seal TPU Nylon and can say that it is well built and gets extremely hot. At the top setting, it can just destroy the fabric but it is easy to control the temperature with the dial. It feels like I will be able to use it for many years. The negatives are that it is easy to accidentally move the heat setting while you are using it and the temp indicator sticker does not line up properly with the base mark.

Great product!!!!
I’m a professional leather repair person. 20 years of experience. I’ve used irons like this my whole career and this is by far the best I’ve ever had. Very nice quality. Easy to use as well. Great product worth the money!

Shoe restoration goodness.
This small iron is amazing for removing wrinkles from shoe leather, if your into shoe restoration don't buy anything else.

Constantly smokes
While the iron works, it constantly smokes and smells during use. I ended up not using it that much because I just don’t think it’s safe. I’m not sure if the smoking is a common issue, but thought it was worth mentioning to prospective buyers.
