Es mi primer sartén de hierro y la verdad lo he disfrutado en la cocina, todos dicen que traes en calentadar la verdad no siento la diferencia con uno de teflón, es más tarda en enfriar. No he probado otras marcas pero esta no necesita cursarse previamente, no se me pega nada en cuestión de res, polo o verduras una vez calentado y con un poco de aceite o mantequilla, no he probado pescados. Es 3 ves o más caro que uno de marca Lodge el cual no he probado pero al menos este puedo decir ur es garantía en calidad de material y acabado. A mí parecer es caro pero justifica el precio.

Das Pfannengut wird wir gewünscht lecker und auf den Punkt. Rindersteaks wie auf dem Grill.Kleiner Abzug da der Griff heiß wird und man so mit Topflappen o.ä. arbeiten muss, die dann fettig werden. Hier wäre ein Überzug des Herstellers (abnehmbar, aufsteckbar) wünschenswert gewesen.Das Reinigen der Pfanne ist wegen der Rillen ein langer Prozess.
