Great product for adding beautiful natural color to sous vided meat.
Great product to add color to my tri tip after the sous viding process, before searing the meat in a cast iron pan, or on the barbeque. My guests always ask me how I make such great tri tip. It is easy, just sous vide it and use Kitchen bouquet before searing.
