Very durable as I have it to my nephew and he is tough on it. It is noisy but what kid wouldn’t make it noisy? Ha! The design is great!

First off I want to say that this is been the most popular Christmas gift of 2018 in my house. So overall I am positive about this product. The scoreboard and the digital read as well as the sound effects and the ball return mechanism are all effective and fun. The only reason I did not give this five stars is because of two oversights. The bracket that holds the net to the door does not adjust for exterior door sizes so you are limited in terms of where you can put it. In my house for two best choices happen to be entry doors but we found a suitable third choice that allowed us to use the basket and have fun anyhow. The second knock is that the product uses four C batteries which were not included with the product. I would rather the makers add five dollars to the cost of the product and include the batteries. So overall I recommend this product but the buyer should know that they need to have a supply of batteries on hand and please make sure that your house has a good area for the basket to go up on a door that is not an entry door.

I recently had an issue with one of the parts on this item. I sent an email to the company on Sunday afternoon, they responded first thing Monday morning and the issue was resolved the next day. I was very impressed with their quick response and fantastic customer service and would not hesitate to order another Franklin Sports item in the future.

This was a bit of a disappointment. The ball does not flow through the tube unless the unit is turned on which requires batteries. A wheel inside the tube "shoots" the ball back out and that wheel blocks and holds the ball in the tube if the unit is turned off. A simpler indoor basketball goal would have been sufficient for playing basketball on rainy days. The tube and wheel just serve to slow down play and my kids were quickly bored by this contraption. Sometimes simpler is better.The score board did not work properly - some scores were recorded while others were not. Too much "bling" - not enough quality.

The media could not be loaded. My son was so excited about this. It looks really cool, but it doesn't work. The ball just sat spinning in the rebounder, and never came out. I have contacted Franklin...Will keep you posted as to their response if any.

My 8 year old son WILL NOT stop playing this thing! He loves it and shows it off to anyone who comes over. He enjoys practicing his shots as this system delivers the ball right back to him after he makes a shot (ball is included by the way in case anyone was wondering). The motor is a bit loud against his bedroom door but that's okay, it doesn't both me (too much). What a great buy! If your kids love basketball and you allow them to play indoors, I say get it for them, it will keep them busy for hours!

I saw that this had mixed reviews, maybe not on the one I bought from here on amazon, but on a few other ones. But me and my friend decided to buy one for our son's on Christmas anyways. I haven't had any problems at all. My son plays with it a lot, and still no problems. Our whole family played with it one day. My son loves it, and I'm not going to lie, we all had fun when we were playing with it. So, for the mixed reviews... I don't know, but my product so far has had no problems at all.
