Didn't work for me, BUT great customer service from the company!

I’ve purchased two of these and they lasted less than a year! One day the first one just stopped working. Wouldn’t power on or anything. Just dead. I replaced it with the second one I bought, still new in the box. It lasted less than a freaking month! Other reviews saying this box has a short life span are all correct. Spend a little more and get something that will last more than a few months.

* I bought this to watch football games on my projector in the basement. I am pretty close to the Stations. I pretty much picked up all the local channels and the picture quality was amazing. * Its easy to install. Haven't used all the functionality yet but i am very happy with the product so far.

This little device is a real deal! Here is a real review after only 4 days of use in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Prime delivery quick as always. Simple set up. Plug in and follow instructions. Setup and programming take around 15 minutes so be patient while the converter box programs available channels. I am receiving 18 English and 5 Spanish channels. There are some very nice features on the remote like mute and zoom. I have not finished learning all the features on the remote like record yet. The antenna is small and floppy but works fine. Many channels are very good picture quality and I truly love getting MeTV which is classic television from the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's. Still have doubts check my added video which is a short 40 seconds.

Update, quick response sending me a new unit no questions asked. Great customer service. Thank you guys I bought this in December and it's been working great and fine until today I want to go turn it on and it just won't turn on have unplugged it from the wall waited for a while plugged it back in and held the power button down for 15 seconds and I got nothing

I ordered this converter box because infinity cut me off. The picture is very clear. I can see the basic channels. 2-9 and wttw. I also get channel 12-18, 22-30 and 30-36. I live in the "windy city". I should have got this box back in June. I recommend it because it was a reasonable price and it came with antenna. (no problems connecting cords to box or the antenna.

It was working quite well during the sometime. the device was not answering to the control and when was restarted it never turned on again emitting a strange sound coming from inside the equipment

Really did not think this was going to work but it is fantastic, inexpensive and works perfect on our older TV receiving its signal from a High Def antennna on our motor home
