Does it smell like mint?

Never smelled, my dentures do not have a mint taste.

According to the pictures, the box says to remove after 5 minutes. Is it OK to leave them soaking overnight?

Well, I use them to clean the toilet bowl. They work well, so I think I would not leave dentures in the solution overnight.

Will this bleach colored clothing white? I'd like to soak a colored garment in it, but fear the loss of color. Thank you.

Cheap but effective

Cheap but effective. My retainer feels cleaner with each use and it just takes a few minutes. I started getting my mother to use these as well for her night guard because it was looking a bit sad and it helped clean it as well. It won’t necessarily get rid of stains instantly but certainly helps clean your mouthwear better than water and dish soap, and you’re not supposed to use a toothbrush on your retainers to prevent erosion.

Sanitizes nightguard

I use them to sanitize my nightguard daily. It doesn't make it magically clear again but I can definitely tell a difference in how clean it feels. My boyfriend started stealing my tabs to use for his nightguard too. Thankfully these are cheap. And worth it.
