Extra Large 30x18 Black Cutting Board with Groove for Meat, Carving and BBQ

Excellent product. Exactly what I needed

OK this is a beautiful cutting board for my outside kitchen, I just received this today and haven't taken it through its testing yet. Obviously this size board will not fit in a dishwasher, since I will only be using this in the summer months, soapy water and the garden hose along with sanitizing tabs should be proficient in keeping it clean. Using sharp knives and not using a ton of force to cut up meat, veggies or fruit should reduce scratching but expect some. I've worked in kichens most of my life and worked with these types of boards that were scratch resistant. So expect some. I'm putting mine on an outside cart that I found, a NexGrill cart with a stainless steel top so I will either place a damp towel under the board or a slip resistant mat. This will greatly increase the board from sliding around. This is a great looking board and I can't wait to start using it. Oh and it says it's heavy but I really dont think so. Dimensions are spot on correct. And there was no damage during shipping as mentioned in other reviews

I bought a very expensive outcome cutting board. This one is far superior. It doesn't stain and so far no cut marks. Highly recommend

This is a very nice cutting board. Excellent could’ve been used in a professional kitchen.

I was looking forward to having my large professional cutting board that I can keep out all the time. I loved the softness of the wood cutting board but know germs would adhere to the board even though I cleaned it with soap and water. This professional one is nice to cut on, a little of the soft side, as was mentioned in one of the reviews. That is better on your sharp knives. I don't like things on my counters, but the size of this is great and looks like it belongs there. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the marks already on the cutting board. Not sure is it was used before, but I figured with amount of cooking I do there will be a lot more marks in it.

Perfect size for counter placement. Much thicker to eliminate warping. This board also fits in the d/w for cleaning. Doesn’t seem to absorb color from vegetables like carrots, broccoli and nuts. Pleased with purchase and will consider for future gifts.

I’ve had one of these for years but I thought that I’d lost it. This replacement is great for cutting and catching drips. You know I found the old as soon as this new one arrived. So far I used it for carving pork loin and turning chicken breasts into tenders. It is easy to clean up because then I carved watermelon. So glad I replaced the old one, it was past time to do it.

I previously used a large OXO cutting board for years (21 x 14) as my go-to. I cook a lot so wanted one that was bigger than average. It’s great and has rubber legs so it doesn’t slide around. However, I hate cleanup after cooking a meal, and that cutting board is way too large to put in. No it doesn’t take long to wash, but if I can do anything to shave time off of doing this hated task, I will. Enter my search for the largest cutting board that I can find that can also fit into the dishwasher, is non-slip, has grooves on the sides to collect any liquid, and BPA-free. I looked at a lot of options and read many reviews (yes, I take my cutting boards very seriously). Voila, this one seemed to fit the bill perfectly. When I initially received it, I was a bit disappointed since it isn't fully non-skid. There is no rubber on the bottom to prevent it from sliding, so if you're pushing it around it won't stay put (my OXO one grips to the counter). However I’ve been using it for over a month now and it’s great. Not sure if the material itself actually does help a little bit with potential skidding, or I just don’t chop as aggressively as I think I do. Either way, no more handwashing cutting boards every time I cook. Goal accomplished.

I've only used it once and I love it. It gives me the space I need to cut up primal cuts of beef. As well, I also really like the way the black version looks.
