Used as extension on water faucets to attach water hose to. Perfect for what I was needing!

how to make easier to use
Hard to unscrew hose, can't get grip on spiral. Fix by adding chunky hose mender clamps. the ones with 3 sided ends. Throw out part that goes in hose, push down spring, put on side with tubes for screws, can let go of spring, screw down second half, now very easy to take hose on and off. Need to be strong or have a helper to push down spring.

The extensions are well made and look to be high quality. They are a bit stiff but exactly what I was looking for.
