Great Alternative to Ab Wheel
Arrived pre-assembled, seem durable, been using them with my clients and for myself. Allowing the hands and shoulders to "find their place" in the ab extension movement outside of the ab wheel is useful and effective.

Nice and solid
Awesome durable wheels! I’ve had another set of these from another maker a while back. But sadly I lost one and so was looking for a replacement. I’ve been using them for almost two weeks now and I’m a pretty heavy guy. They are solid and feel the same as they did day one. Definitely recommend these for people looking to get some ab exercise in. I’ve used them on carpet and on a wood floor. I do recommend using a pillow or something on your knees if on a hard floor.
