Part was good quality and saved me hundreds of dollars because it was an easy fix it instead of having to pay a mechanic to do it.

Perfect fit. After 100,000 miles my new hobby is chasing down oil and coolant leaks on this car. This part was not to tough to install and solved 1 problem.Tip 1) cut the old existing tubing near where it inserts into the thermostat housing. It will be brittle. If it is leaking from the housing it is probably cracked where you can't see it. Gently try wiggling it out. When/if you get it out compare the old end to the new end to make sure the entire part came out. If half of it broke off inside the housing screw a sheet metal screw into it and pull it out. If that doesn't work use a dental type pick and an awl to get the piece out. If it breaks up wet vac the pieces out. They'll come out along with a little coolant.

I would recommend making a video for the routing of this hose. The clip fell I put it back together and the o ring used was a bit tricky that goes onto the thermostat housing.

This product must not be made very good. My husband installed it, which was fairly easy but its only been on the car for about two weeks and now its leaking. Not sure if its one of those situations where you get what you pay for or we just got unlucky and got a bad one
