Ab Trainer by Rock 360 Abdominal Roller Wheel - White

This is a massive set, in case you didn't completely see what you were getting yourself into with this, re read, because this thing is going to rock your abs. Essentially what happened, is I ordered this thinking "oh sweet, an ab wheel with stability". I have one that is literally a wheel with sticks coming out of the side, so when I saw this I was happy that I would be able to feel a lot safer while working out. So, the box comes in, and it is massive. I expected something maybe a foot long. Nope, at least 2 feet long and a foot wide. I open it up and there is just more and more stuff coming out of the box. A dvd set, a nutrition information guide, instructions, a phone holder. Yes, this set includes a phone holder, so you can attach your phone to the top! My favorite was the knee mat. It is small, but high quality. Very cushioned under your knees which is perfect for a hard go work out. This thing will kill you, or at least it will try. It comes with a poster for when you don't have time to do a full dvd work out. Try spelling your whole name with this, I dare you. After a bout a week straight of doing this, you will see results. Legit results. The only complaint I could possibly muster up for this are how bad the mat spelled coming out of the box. The smell made me feel nauseated. Other than that, good luck people trying this, expect some abs pretty soon if you are going to stick with it. I received this product discounted for my honest review.

Who would have thought that a compact ab roller can make you sweat so much? This gives me a great workout! I can easily balance myself on roller. I can definitely feel my core burning when doing the exercises. The roller comes with 10 DVDs, a knee mat, a phone clip attachment, nutrition guide, and a chart to show you great workouts. The knee mat is very comfortable, it held me in place when doing the workout. I tried the roller on the carpet and wood, both works just fine. They have several of these at my gym... It's by fam the best ab roller I've used. Gonna pick one up!
