Great lamp
So far I've used the desk mineral lamp a few times and it has worked great. I'm using it primarily for an arm injury and I can feel the difference in the pain level after using the lamp. Bought one for my son as well! Highly recommend.

a simple, economical home treatment
I purchased this for two uses: to help heal posterior tibial tendonitis and to help dermatitis. The lamp is working on both issues, and feels so good, as though it treats "down to the bone." Something I did experience in using it the first few times was that the pain in my recovering tendon increased slightly, accompanied by some other odd sensations (and sounds!), as though there were "men at work" down there. After the first week, all that passed, and now my foot is feeling stronger than ever, and my skin is improving too. This is a great investment and very easy to use with no assembly.Edit of Review, 10/6/17: I have had this lamp less than one month, and it stopped working (I was using it 30 minutes daily from the time of receiving it, which should not have been overtaxing). I contacted the seller whose response was simply to send it back, which is a fair and proper response; however, the lamp is quite heavy, and I no longer have the box that it came in; hence, the effort and expense to have it packaged and returned is just not worth it for me. Fortunately, it was great while it lasted, and I originally gave it five stars. Something I noticed only now is that the model (code-number) in the item description is not the model that I received.
