This product is easy to use. You just plug it in and set it on what critters you want to get rid of or set it on all critters. I stay in an apartment and starting seeing a roach or two. With this product I haven't seen any. I highly recommend this product

I believe they helped rid the mice.

This product is worth the money and even when on ALL mode still silent enough to have in open spaces like the living room. The only down fall is that it can't be plugged in near other speak-to- action devices like Alexa or google home because it will mess with speaking signal.

Very handy to have around the house. I have seen less bugs, mosquitoes and flies. We had 2 huge flies get into our house and could not kill them with a fly swatter, after plugging in the ultrasonic pest repeller they are now gone. Very quite!

Puzzlingly, we were finding occasional mosquitoes in our bedroom, despite air conditioning and closed doors. After plugging this in, the problem has completely stopped-- plus, I cannot detect the ultrasonic frequency at all.

Seemed to work ok at first but now I'm seeing mice droppings again. Will try another brand.
