What is the maximum wattage you can use in this heating cap?

I am not sure what the maximum wattage is. I have a 1000watt microwave. I do 15 seconds at a time, then see how hot it is.

I am concerned about its lifespan, how long does it last using it regularly? If it is used a lot, can the fabric burn?
