Pam Grilling Spray works.I've used it to spray on the broiling racks before I broiled sausages in the oven under the broiler, and when it was time to wash the racks all of the grease and sausage residue easily slid right off. I also use this spray on top of the stove when I fry hamburger patties and hot dogs and it makes the clean up of the frying pan so much easier.2. Works well. I can’t find it in the grocery store anymore. But it was easy to find online.

Pam No Stick Grilling Spray, 5 Ounce (Pack of 2)....It's not No stick but it does help with unsticking meat from a hot grill if you spray the pam on the meat itself and the grill. doesn't hurt the flavor at all
