Better than expected!
Today, with so many manufacturers ripping everyone off with their overpriced, cheap products, THIS floor jack is a welcomed surprise. A throwback! Actual value for my hard earned money!

Really good product
Used it for a lowered car and it lifted it with eased, I have used similar Jack's before but double the price range and this work very well. Looks durable as well.

ever moved a steel jack on a concrete floor?
Tough, thick, thoughtful design, handle is great, honestly for the price these cant be beat.about 1/3 the volume of a steel jack across concrete also. Doesn't rattle fillings out.

Missing Parts
Didn't come with extension handle. I wasn't sure this was supposed to be in the box as none of the pictures on amazon show the handle, so I simply used a pipe I had laying around for the last year rather than trying to fix the issue with Torin. Today I smashed my finger when the pipe slipped and I decided it was time to call. Turns out it is supposed to come with the extension handle. Torin wants to charge me for this missing part now because it is over a year. Not sure a missing part falls under a warranty, or simply a manufacturer defect. Regardless, pretty terrible customer service. How about you just send the handle? Not sure what they are trying to salvage with this decision. Guess now they get a bad review and lose a customer permanently for future products.

Perfect little floor jack for home use
This is a great value set when you consider that it comes with a pair of stands which is a safety must if you are planning to raise your car for home maintenance. Never work on a car that is only supported by a jack and always place stands under the car, in case the car comes off the jack unexpectedly.This set has a pretty decent lifting capacity at 2 tons and very small footprint for storage and hassle free handling.The only negative is that it is NOT suitable for SUVs or cars with a high center of gravity.As you can see in the picture, I have had to space it up to lift my SUV but with an additional stand under the car, it is a pretty safe lift.Never work under your car, alone. Make sure someone is watching and knows how to handle jacks.
