I used this to protect my PICC line while showering. It really worked great. It's like really thick balloon material. I never had a leak so it definitely did it's job but I probably wouldn't wear it swimming. I'm sure it would work but there's a lot more material on it than it appears in the model photo & I just think it looks silly. Thankful for this product as it made showing much easier with a PICC.

Ripped on first use, but still works so i can shower with picc line with minimal moisture. I wouldnt trust it for baths or swimming. I do get some water inside but not much.

We bought this for IV med's after my brother was discharged form the hospital. My brother found a new use for it: he uses it over his Libre diabetes sensor in the shower so he is able to shower freely and the Libre is not in jeopardy of detaching, as so often happens before the 14 days. Great product: it works exactly as it should!

I absolutely loved this arm cover for my Piccline! Bought it in a size medium. Definitely snug fit. It did the job well while vacationing with my family at the beach. Harsh waves hit and everything and I was fine. Even in my pool too. I couldn’t believe no water got in it like others I’ve used! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is I only got to wear it maybe 6 times before it ripped🙁 I’m still planning on purchasing another one to use in our pool... I just hope this next one lasts longer.

I don't have medical conditions, but i did get a tattoo the week we got season passes to the water park. I got this to try and not let any water on my arm. It 100% worked. Water never touch my arm whatsoever. I spent hours riding water slides and in the wave pool. I didn't have to mess with it at all. It stayed in place. I used it everyday for a few weeks until it was fully healed. Highly recommended if you want to swim without water touching your arm. I think this would be good for people that havr wounds also. It would keep your dressings dry.

A must have for anyone with a picc line! I got this for my dad when he came home from the hospital with a picc line and was trying to keep it dry with Saran Wrap for his shower. I immediately ordered this and he’s now been able to keep his picc line dry for both showers and pool time!!

Update: the first cover perished but the second one I got has lasted me 5 months and still going strong. I think the key is to dry it properly and store it dry every time to keep it from perishing. I hope this helps someone. Changed review from 2 to 4 stars.The cover worked great but after 1 month of use is now perishing and leaks. I ordered another one in a different size and they sent me the same size. There is no sizing info on the product received so maybe they are just pretending there are small medium and large on the product page.Anyway if you want it for just a short time it’s great but I can’t recommend this product.

My husband had this less than a week when it ripped. Very annoyed as $40 is not cheap and with all the hospital extras things are adding up.
