Cheaper than any store.
Cheapest place I could find was Amazon. Easy enough to install.

Fit great, simple install...
Fit and finish is excellent, installation took me just under an hour with setup and getting the car on the lift. The fish wires worked great. One bolt is a little tight to get to on the passenger side frame but easily gotten with a wrench. Very happy.

Easy to install
I had watched a video on how to install the hitch before I even bought it. Once it arrived I was able to install it without any issues at all and without even needing to use the instructions. I have never installed a hitch before and it took my wife and I 1 hr 10 mins to get it installed. Most of it can be done by one person, but last step where the main part is attached to the brackets need two people due to the weight and the position of having to work under the vehicle.

Assembly tips from the mechanically challenged
Wanted to share so that my mistake isn’t repeated. First, the product’s great, and I successfully installed it myself. But for those who may be mechanically-challenged like myself, there’s one critical thing in assembly that wasn’t obvious (to me) that I got wrong. The two metal pieces that attach to the frame rails are designed to go on specific sides of the MKC. I realized this, but the pieces weren’t marked, and I didn’t see anything in the instructions to say which should go on which side. I looked at the diagrams as closely as I could, and thought I had it right from the diagram, but didn’t. Disassembling becomes a major hassle when things fall inside the frame rail and need to be fished out (with a magnet). The bends in the metal should bend out (toward the tires). Again, may be obvious to others, but I missed it. Other assembly tips: instructions call for a die grinder, but I used a dremel—and a simple file may have worked. Don’t need to expand the access hole much. Instructions called for a torque wrench with specific torque settings...not sure it’s necessary, but I’m using mine for a bike rack, not actual towing. Last, save and try to preserve the fishwires until you’re sure you’re finished. Thankfully I did, as I had to re-use them. Knowing what I know now, assembly really isn’t bad at all.

Worked Perfectly
Got this for 3 years ago for 2017 Lincoln MKC. My husband installed it himself which took about half a day. It has worked perfectly for our bike rack. Good purchase.
