I received the Raymarine Bundle and had it professionally installed on my boat. After running all the cables and antenna wires it was time to program the AIS 700. When the tech tried to program we noted the USB port was broken-off inside the unit. I contacted the vendor and after an initial requirement to return the entire bundle and ALL cables and antennas (which were the mist time consuming and costly part of the installation), the vendor called me back and advised I could just return the AIS unit for a replacement!! I received the replacement unit and will have the tech install in the next two weeks. The vendor came through for me snd I am a very satisfied customer!
