Only Liquid
Ordered this machine to create ice cream mix-ins with hard serve only for it to cost me lots of $$$ on product to be wasted on straight dairy liquid. It’s not even drinkable for a milkshake, the consistency is straight water. I’ve tried everything from hard serve ice cream to straight hard jumbo cubes of ice - its a waste of a machine and super disappointed

Nice machine!
The machine arrived on time. It came packaged in wood and metal. This machine is VERY heavy and you will need at least two strong people to lift. The machine came with an extra mixing cone which I’ve seen others ask about, so that is nice! Unfortunately the extra cone is pretty scratched up. Also, the machine has a protective film on it that goes past where you can reach so there’s just a little bit left on the machine that you can’t get off so it looks slightly cheap. The machine worked when tested! Hardly any many major dents/scratches.

Cheap quality
We have used it for roughly 6 events (we cater and street vending) and around 400 servings of frozen yogurt and ice cream. Just yesterday during a big party event catering, the cone cracked. I was able to processed and finished the event but, the cone did crack.

contacted seller about a issue . he asked me to send a video of the issue I did, I hasn't heard back. we had a lis plumber hook up the the drain so all we had to do was press the button on the side to clean the machine. the button has a malfunction, doesn't turn off. we have to go to the valve and manually turn off the water

Happy customers!
We bought this product to use in our restaurant. It has worked perfectly! I took us a while to figure out how to make the milkshakes without making a mess but now that we know to pull slowly and put the milk in first it’s been awesome! We are happy as are our customers!

Junk! Stay away.
The tube that feed the water leaks and the handle that swinds the mixing blade keeps dislocating causing it to not operate properly.
