Best quality omega-3 acids, naturally derived, good box & easy to swallow capsule design.
Ingredients:Fish Oil; Antioxidant:Tocopherol-rich extract; Capsule (Gelatin; Humectant: Glycerol)Impressions:The Omega 3 oil inside each capsule is filled with pure yellow liquid.Capsules have aesthetic shape and size that can be easily swallowed.Top quality omega-3 acids only! This is a well known supplements Australian brand, that has been on the market for more than 50 years, which strives to deliver only high quality supplement products to its customers. I personally have been taking other supplements from this brand and am extremely satisfied with quality.I understand that £24.95 for 45 capsules can be of setting for most, but keep in mind that quality comes at a price. Swisse produces the Omega 3 fatty acids mainly from Fish oil and krill oil which are a source of omega-3 fatty acids, these more specifically being eicospentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The best dietary source of omega-3 is oily fish such as sardines, herrings, salmon or mackerel. Also, some foods such as eggs, bread or margarine may be fortified with omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.Keep in mind that our bodies can't produce any omega-3 fatty acids at all and modern food unfortunately is becoming less dietary friendly because its packed with less vitamins and minerals, but more sugars instead. This is why i believe it's vital to consume omega-3 acids on a daily basis from top quality brands, such as Swisse!I personally take one pill per day and feel full of energy.

High value of EPA and DHA but works out expensive
I have bought this a few times from Amazon and can't dispute the quality of the product, I decided to buy this to boost our Omega 3 for a little while before changing over to something more value for money. The size of the tablets are huge, so if you find it hard to swallow pills, this may not be for you. They don't smell at all or have other side effects like repeating on you after taking. I usually take a with a large glass of water but can sometimes feel I haven't drunk enough. Taking a quick guess, the pill is roughly about 2cm or just under. Hope this helps.

CONTAINS SOY
This was almost a perfect supplement until I found out they use soya bean oil for the tocopherols.... I have a soy allergy so I cannot buy this. Easy fix would be to use the natural sunflower oil instead.

Quite pricey
Its 45 capsules in the packaging, 1-3 a day = 45, 23 or 15-day use. They are quite expensive but believe they are of high quality.Omega-3 fatty acids are incredibly important, they have many powerful health benefits for your body and brain.• Omega-3 supplements may help prevent and treat depression and anxiety. Expensive, premium version of a useful supplement
The omega 3 oils DHA and, to a lesser extent, EPA, are well established as having a range of benefits, especially for the brain and heart. Unfortunately the evidence is based on dietary sources and it has never been successfully demonstrated that taking capsules works. Still on balance the chances that capsules offer real benefits probably justifies the cost and effort of taking them. I was told by a specialist in this field that these oils go rancid easily and a lot of fish oil capsules are chemically closer to petrol than to the oils you actually want. I usually break one open and taste it to check - not a pleasant experience. These do actually smell of fish and this is a premium brand so it seems likely they are sound.Compared with other capsules these are expensive, large to swallow, and contain a lot of the desired oils - easily 3 - 4 times as much. They are still expensive. I hestitate to recommend an Amazon own brand nutritional supplement but if you are put off by the price, their 365 capsule tub is very good value for money (and it did pass my break-open test).

Massive
These are quite the largest capsules I have ever seen. Some may find them difficult to swallow.Omega oils are well known to be good for health.Dose is 1 - 3 capsule per day which means they are rather expensive.
